Today...today we eat Bacon!
When faced with the question of what we would eat for breakfast yesterday, Crash opted against cereal ("We had that YESTERDAY.") and went for the punchline:
Bacon.
Mind you, it's not the long juicy strips you might expect in the States. No, he cooked the bacon pieces -- the same ones you saw in the "Black & Gold" packaging montage of an earlier post. And since we were out of eggs, and could no longer made scrambles, he just cooked up all the pieces and presented them to me in a bowl with 2 forks.
"Today...today, we eat BACON."
The rich life is ours.

Disturbing info, for sure. But where's the expose on how countless stalks of broccoli and asparagus are tormented in pots of boiling water in kitchens around the globe?
I practice humane vegetable steaming; making sure the ends of the stalks are completely severed before dropping them into the cauldrons of steam.
boy, one would think that mr. crashster was still a bachelor! LOL...
